How long will treatment take?

This will depend on how long you’ve had the symptoms for and whether you are on pharmaceutical medicines. Generally, most complaints are resolved within 3 – 6 months of treatment, though chronic symptoms may take longer. However, this is a generalised timeline as every individual is different and sometimes it takes longer to find the right medicine to help someone. Either way, you should begin to see improvements in just a short time.

Consultation:

Patients are only seen via appointment, with homeopathic consultations taking place in Putney, on the phone, or via Skype. Acupuncture and cupping treatments also take place in Putney. The initial consultation consists of a comprehensive analysis, which is essential when tailoring medicine for individual needs. During this consultation we will look at family history, personal history (childhood etc.), lifestyle, routine and sleeping pattern, personal preferences (food, likes and dislikes), and character, as well as how one deals with stress. This is an essential part of understanding the person as a whole, allowing us to give medicine that will be effective, and it also gives us an insight to the cause of the disease and any factors that might affect it. Follow-up appointments will need to be made according to each person and the medicine prescribed; as not all medicines will be beneficial to you, at times we need to see how a person reacts to a medicine first. Follow-up appointments also allow us to track your progress and to ensure your body is healing.
